• Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that refunds will only be considered after a 30-day review period from the date of your subscription initiation. During this review period, we will evaluate the services provided and their alignment with your specified needs.
• Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications, and we have been unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction within the 30-day review period.
• Unused Portions: No refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription after the 30-day review period.
